Our Consultative Wealth Management Process

Discovery Meeting

We call our initial meeting a Discovery Interview.  At this meeting, we have a series of questions that we like to ask of prospective clients that enables us to determine whether or not we'll be the best fit for their situation.  Likewise, the prospective clients typically have questions prepared for SWP, as well.  This meeting gives both parties an opportunity to determine whether they believe that SWP can add value.

Investment Analysis Meeting

At this meeting, we present our complete diagnostic of your current financial situation and our recommendations on how we can help you to realize your goals while mitigating the corresponding risks.

Mutual Commitment Meeting

By this point, we will be ready to mutually decide whether our firm can have a significant impact on your situation.  If the decision is to work together, we will mutually commit to working towards your identified goals.  We will also execute the documents necessary to put your plan in motion.

Strategic Wealth Plan Meeting

At this meeting, we will present your own Strategic Wealth Plan.  This well-organized plan will serve as our roadmap as we work together.  Since nothing ever happens the way it is initially scripted, this plan will enable us to re-route and re-calibrate so that we stay on track in relation to your goals.

Regular Progress Meetings

These meetings, scheduled at intervals which are convenient to you, give us an opportunity to review any major changes in your personal, financial, or professional lives.  As you experience significant changes, there is typically a need to update your Strategic Wealth Plan and re-route the plan.
