Client Bill of Rights

Taking care of our clients and treating them the way that they should be treated is our top priority.  We feel that all of our clients have a "Bill of Rights" that are to be adhered to throughout our relationship.

  1. A client has a right to advice that is advisory in nature and not a euphanism for the "product of the month."
  2. A client has a right to a competent and concerned professional who respects the sacred nature of their hard-fought earnings.
  3. A client has a right to transparency around all fees and costs, up-front and back-end included.
  4. A client has a right to be understood as a person and not just as a number.
  5. A client has a right to trust that the custodian of their wealth will preserve and conscientiously protect that wealth for the sake of survival and well-being.
